"I Know They Are Renovating But WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS HOTEL I Stayed Here A Lot As A Kid But Now It Turned Into A Total Dump The Rooms Look Awful & There Is Literately No Breakfast The Only Thing That Saves Them Is The The Service Which Was Good & The Pool Which Was Warm The Hot Tub Was Good & The Sauna Was Good They Gotta Fix This Hotel Soon & With That Put In An Elevator"

"After checking in and walking throughout the hotel lobby and area towards our room, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Even though you sign a non-smoking agreement with a deep clean fee if found, it was bad. I can definitely respect and understand the demolition and renovation to make a business better. But after walking into the room it was downright disgusting. The beds did appear well dressed and clean, until my wife and I inspected the room. The walls were peeling back with discolored stains, the flooring had bumps, spiders in the corners, bed frames peeling paint and with gouges. Upon lifting and inspecting the mattress, they were torn and stained. The bathroom was horrible too, where I thought the only way I would shower would be with flip flops like in a public locker room. The rear door was missing lock hardware and both doors were damaged bad. Numerous stains on the walls and floor boards. For the rate they are charging per night, it’s a joke and my wife, kids and I quickly went to the lobby and received a refund. Which I will add that the staff were nice and understanding to refund our money. We did appreciate that 100%. We did notice that there were no signs of bed bugs that we could observe while lifting the mattresses, which was a good thing, especially knowing that bed bugs can be found in $350 a night hotels. Don’t stay here unless you have no other choice. Maybe things will get better after the renovation, but I think that the way rooms were “cleaned” it’s not gonna change. Plus we got into the Hilton affiliate down the street for the same price."

"When we arrived we found the hotel under renovation. The bad part was old stained mattrtacked to the ceiling in the pool area. The floor in our room had not been swept, it smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom was disgusting. The chairs were outside. It looked like the kind of place homeless people live. When we refused to stay, we were told we would be refunded. Instead we were double charged. Very disappointed with Wyndham."

"It is currently being renovated so everything is in some state of chaos. The pool was very cloudy but heated. Hot tub was not heating today. The building is very old, but our room was clean. Beds are comfortable. If you're looking for a basic night's sleep it will work, but not much more."

"Genuinely the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. There was no fire alarm in our room, no chain lock for our door, stained mattresses, crumbling furniture, stained showers. No effort was made to clean any of the communal areas. There is a pile of trash nearby one of the exits that is so putrid that we were all dry heaving. Truly disgusting. Don’t stay here unless you Lysol the entire room from top to bottom and bring your own pillows and blankets. A complete nightmare. I have no idea how this place is running."
