"The bathroom has molded in the shower and behind the toilet. For 1,400 a month It should be better."

"Poor control of the heat. It was so hot in the room and the thermostat didn't work. Furniture was banged up. Two queen beds but no chairs to sit on or a table. A lot of money to pay for poor accomodations."

"Petoskey Housing market is so bad that the coach house does weekly rentals. Comes with a bed cable tv WiFi big dresser mini fridge and freezer microwave and open floor plan for activities. Great place to stay til the next apartment/house opens up in your price range for a longer term residence. Watch out for the cop looking guy with the cowboy hat. Don’t make him mad."

"The staff are incredibly nice, and rooms are relatively cheap, especially if you want to stay for a few weeks. Just keep in mind the kind of establishment it is - other guests come from a number of places, and are staying long term for one reason or another. Also, walls are very thin."

"Wooow love this place my family comes to this coach house every year on family vacation such a warm a welcoming environment. The staff is extremely out going and friendly the rooms are clean and comfortable, and best of all it’s super close to everything! Couldn’t recommend it enough!"
