"This place is horrible dirty and complete trash the owner is pretty much the everything in the building and watches you excessively he stalks your room and looks for reasons to withhold your deposit the guy may not be quite all the way there logically as he 100% believes his behaviors are normal beware of bringing your children around a guy like this like I've heard he was arrested with his own mother at the facility Town's Folk have had nothing but horrible disturbing things to say to and about him since my arrival here in November and after one month's day at the Travel Inn I have decided no matter what I do my entire life including homelessness I will always be happy as long as I am not here this guy is an absolute crook I'd rather have lemons squeezed in my eyes then stay here another night and endure the highway robbery that happens here and surprisingly he gets away with hopefully for your family think you should stay Anywhere But Here I promise you you will be much happier there are plenty of hotels for get the convenient location I thought it was amazing price was amazing but definitely not worth it and I've stayed in $60 hotels in the project before in Rockford and they were nearly not as bad as this guy and his behaviors"

"The rudest person I have ever talked to. I had to ask him to 3 times to shut up and let me finish. Called for a simple question and he was like dealing with a 10 year old. Locals all confirmed he is always on the defensive. Hard time understanding his accent because he would not stop talking and just listen. I am thankful I was able to cancel through Priceline. Guy has no business running a hotel. He is doing irreversible damage to the other business owners in town. And he wonders why he doesn't have the money to spruce the place up?"

"This guy. Oh my God this guy. He is a penny pincher and is always watching. Accuses people of spending the night when they DON'T, when he could just look at his cameras and see that. Always trying to find a way to charge you extra fees. 10$ per visitor after dark including direct family and children. Very strict on this. He tried to accuse people on a few occasions of spending the night when they DID NOT (10$ charge for that) then tried to tack on another 20$ for the people who came to pick up said daytime visitor. Very negative experience."

"Great friendly staff and very clean. It's a very good value for the money. It's a old building and outdated decor so if that's what is important to you then it's probably not for you but even though it's older it is very well maintained and much cleaner than most chain hotels. For the price I am super impressed."

"The location was a huge convenience. The rooms were big and nice, however, they were not all stocked very well. No biggie, we improvised. The front desk Man was rude as he did not have to question why I did not have sufficient amount of funds when the establishment withdrew money for the stay. I was unaware they did it the night before or morning of. I travel a lot and normally done at check in. All good. First impression is the last impression. The fact is, it was paid for. All good. Personality and approach needs improvement for Staff."
