"Had a great stay. The cabins are quaint and located on the water. I could hear the waves hitting the rocks from my bedroom. Soothing! The bars are great and affordable. On is located on the river and had waiting lines more often than not- ice cream and margaritas! The lodge has games and places to relax or visit! Highly recommend it!"

"We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days over the 4th of July weekend. On Sat and Sun we stoped here to get a bite to eat and something to drink. The staff was super friendly and engaging, we sat at tables outside and had cheeseburgers which were very good. They were really busy but we got our food in a timely manner. We had our dog with us so we were going to eat in the pontoon boat but they said, if your dog doesn't pee everywhere you're welcome to sit at the tables outside. He doesn't, so we were able to eat at a table. Very decent food and extremely decent staff. Thank you!!!"

"Rode our bikes onto the resort grounds to check it out. We told by someone "you shouldn't be here." No asking "Can I help you?" If that's representative of their hospitality, look elsewhere. Some reviews call it rustic. I'd say run down."

"Our family has been coming here for almost 60 years. At one point we had 4 generations here at the same time. It is a great place for a family vacation. It is VERY rustic - no microwaves or tvs in the cabins. There is a big lodge open in the evenings with a bar (and a tv) and a large game room - pool, video games, board games, jukebox, ice cream bar, pizza, and a fireplace for cool evenings. Ideally located next to a County Park, there are cabins on Eagle Lake and the adjoining channel. Nice beach with raft and boat slips available. ."
