"Rude with a view. We were immediately yelled at upon arrival for driving on private property by the front receptionist who came out to flag us down before we could inquire about rates. The views of the lake are great from here so we reached to check out the campground. We opted not to bother after being yelled at by this rude man"

"The owners are absolutely fantastic and are completely knowledgeable of the area and what to do. The cabin came extremely clean with all of the stated amenities. The listing do not say how close you are...I could throw a rock from my porch and it would be in Lake Superior...it was that close. It has great bench swings with a fire pit near. The surrounding areas are just amazing. So many cool waterfalls and hiking within just 10 minutes. I can not recommend this enough."

"Cary and Melissa were wonderful hosts, very welcoming. The cabin was super cute. The bedding and towels were much nicer than your average hotel. I brought my grandkids to the Black hills and this location was perfect. We were 10 to 30 minutes away from all the. activities and monuments. Quit definitely recommend their cabins."

"We stayed here because it was close to the Porcupine Mountains. Jeni and Rick are nice and welcoming. The cabins are clean and well maintained with outdoorsy decor. The cabins have everything you need to accommodate a week long stay. You get a wonderful beach with beautiful views of Lake Superior from Sunrise to Sunset."

"Gorgeous, right on the shore cabins. Came with friends who have been coming to the Porcupine Mts. since the '40's, and were here when Mountain View first opened. Immaculate cabin with electricity, nice kitchen, very clean bathroom with shower/bathtub, and wifi (not strong, but okay). Owners are great and readily available. The best way to see Lake Superior."
