"We visit at least once a year since this place opened and always wish we could stay longer. Anne and Chris are friendly, respectful and welcoming to everyone who comes through their doors and are more than accommodating. We usually have anywhere from 8 to 10 people and never have complaints. Sure, the hot tub was out of order one time-but Anne had the decency to tell us beforehand, which is not a courtesy many chain hotels provide. Hiking, skiing, snowboarding, etc. are but a stones throw away, which if the down-home atmosphere and pleasant company isn't enough, should be reason enough to stay."

"This place was a shining light on a trip that started out bad, but I luckily came across Powder Hound Lodge, and life will never be the same. Chris was awesome and incredibly hospitable to both me and my cousin, who joined nearly as unexpectedly as I did. The lack of snow during my available times has kept me away the past couple years, but this is my place when I get back to the North!"
