"Went to a different location to buy a safe and they were out of stock of the model I wanted. I called to this location and they had 1 left in stock which they were willing to hold for me (on black friday) for a couple hours so I could make it down there. When I arrived, it was easy to check out and then multiple guys lifted it right up into my truck for me. 528lbs! Awesome experience from beginning to end."

"Went in to buy a gun safe and on the way out I decided to stop by the sporting goods department. I came across weights and bicycles and wanted to test them out to see if I like them or not, well one of the employees comes across me and my family rudely and tells us that we cannot test out the equipment and have to leave the store. Since when can we not go into a sporting goods shop and not try out the equipment? The employee was very disrespectful, so we left all of our stuff and shopped somewhere else."
