"I was so excited to go to Big Boy again! I was so disappointed. My meal was not ready until the rest of my family was finished. The waitress did keep apologizing for my meal not being done, but it wasn't her fault the cooks need to be trained on getting all food done at the same time. The hamburger another person ordered was not cooked, it was raw in the middle after being ordered "well done". I do not recommend this place at all. Go across the street to Burger King."

"Would not recommend. Verbally canceled my policy on the phone, and they still took the money out of my account. I am having the same problem as the previous review on getting a refund for insurance on a car I haven't owned for a month. It feels so patronizing having to explain that I shouldn't be charged $100 for their permission to insure a cat I would never be able to even file a claim for because I physically don't have the car in my possession. Yet their service warrants the expense because a few key strokes on a computer would be just to much to ask. Please stay away."

"Horrible. They over drafted my account without my permission refused to give me my money back. Then days later when they finally did tell me they would refund me they promised to cover the overdraft fee (they had my voice recording telling them not to draw my account) and then did not. Needless to late when I finally got my money back I cancelled my policy and went to progressive. Saved 50$ a month and saving myself the headache of this place all in one. I would never recommend this company"
