"Have tried all summwer to get our 2 dogs in to board for a couple days and have never been here before. So no reason for her canceling on us twice and screwing up our vacation plans. Both my daughter and myself tried calling numerous times and no return phonecall. I had to physically drive there and talk to the young lady. She was friendly enough. But totally unreliable and would not recommend this place to anybody. Not a very good firt impression as a business ."

"Bringing my neighbors dogs there since I wasn’t able to watch them the entire time they were away, the woman took them back without letting me even say goodbye to them. She treated them like luggage. Her own dogs she kept in tiny cages and I think she had good intentions but had too much on her plate to keep up with everything. When I got the dogs picked back up the one wreaked like she was laying in pee so I had to bathe her when I got home. And I got the dogs picked up in the late morning and she charged me extra for that day that they were only there in the morning. I felt awful for leaving the dogs there. I kept thinking about how scared they must’ve been with all those noisy strange dogs they didn’t know. :( I would never take my dog there."
