"Receptionist told us we could bring our dog who'd just been hit by a car in for an emergency evaluation. After driving for an hour to get there, (still during the business day) we were told to leave, and that they did not provide service for emergencies or walk-ins .NOT A GOOD DAY, unfortunately the reception staff made a bad day worse for my family."

When she fell ill the staff did everything they could to save her and showed the utmost love, compassion, and empathy when only one option remained.
