"I have been loyal with walgreens for a long time. This location is take quite the steep decline. They dropped the balls and dint get refill submitted to my dr leaving me with out my anxiety meds all weekend so I had to go through withdrawls, which let me tell you serotonin withdrawls are awful. I got ahold of my doctor today anf they said a request was never submitted in the first place. In the whole last 90 days they had to send the request in it never happened so when i went to reill it I couldnt which also happened to be after dr hours and st the end of the week leaving me to go all weekend without a medication i very much rely on. I also went to the e.r. a week ago and was perscribed an antibiotic that was "out of stock". For a week they kept telling me oh we can get it on tomorrows truck, a day would go by and no fill so i called the next day. Oh that will be on tomorrows truck, again not filled and repeat this yet a 3rd time! Finally 7 days later i get said perscription filled no thanks to them. I get things happen but things lime this have been happening quite often lately for me and our comminity."

"I had scheduled a Covid Booster for 10:15 am. I was an hour early due to a doctor's appointment which ended early. I went to Walgreens and explained my reason for being early, there was Not a Single person in the store but me and the staff. The woman at the pharmacy told me I'd have to come back. I said "there's no one in the store" and her response was, "no, but there Will be and we Don't have the staff". I ask you... how long does it take to get a Booster shot?? I'm trying to protect Against COVID! Remember Covid? Thanks Walgreens for your Poor Customer service and helping protect against Covid. Keep up the good work."

"Pharmacy tech was extremely rude. I had a COVID booster shot appointment and when I came 15 minutes early to check in as instructed, I was told they were not taking appointments. I understand understaffing is a concern everywhere and I in turn recognized these unavoidable issues. It was the short tone, refusal to listen when stating I made an appointment, and unwillingness to be helpful that I am leaving this review. Interpersonal communications courses should be recommended for their pharmacy staff."

"Amazing pharmacy staff! They've been wonderful and so helpful during my stay in the Sault. Shout out to Dawn, who got it right on my first call to them. She needs a much praise for her customer service!! It's been an easy transition from Iron Mountain."
