"I love this gym!! Very convenient for me when I’m in Frankfort vacationing in the summer. Very welcoming staff, lots of space and plenty of equipment! Only downside is they’re closed on Sundays but other than that, I think this fitness facility is great for the town of Frankfort!! Thank you for having this facility for everyone, we appreciate you!"

"Gym quality is great. Workers are great. Clean. But the hours are horrible. Spend more time closed than open. bad weekend hours. Needs to revamp itself towards younger clients. Maybe a snack and refuel station."

"Great gym with almost every machine imaginable. Lots of treads and cardio machines. 1x water rower. 3x squat/bench racks. A full compliment of dumbbells. And a ton of cable/assist machines. Staff is VERY friendly. They offer a ton of packages starting at $10/day. Or a 12 day package for $100. Then they have monthly memberships. Can get crowded with tourist seasons. And masks are required all-time."

"Friendly staff, pretty clean facility, a wide variety of equipment, and many other options for activities as well. I’d say my biggest complaint is this is a non 24 hour facility and the free weigh/machine area can be pretty crowded at any given time throughout the day"
