"Son took his sick dog here recently and they refused to to treat her said she was too sick. Found another vet who performed surgery to remove gallstones and the dog is now doing fine. I’m thinking this clinic must have to keep up their reputation by taking in only easy cases. Arrogant!"

"Today I made the painstaking decision to put down my elderly cat, who I’ve loved for 22 years. This wasn’t a decision I took lightly. I watched her health slowly decline to a point where she had lost so much weight that you could feel every part of her bones, lost sight in one eye, had difficulty walking, and couldn’t control her bladder or bowels anymore. The decision was hard, but I knew it was time when she started crying to me and begging to go outside and she’s an inside cat, in my heart I knew she wanted to go somewhere to die. In fear that she was in tremendous pain, I took her to Gasow, the only clinic open on Sunday. When the vet came into the room, her presence was chilling. She began her sales pitch, where she guilt tripped me and tried to get me to run a bunch of tests on my dying cat. She told me, “We don’t euthanize just to uethanize”, and tried to make me feel like a POS. She knew I was in pain, and tried her damnedest to guilt trip me into spending a fortune on my dying cat. I was in tears. I left with my sweet, beautiful, and dying cat because I couldn’t let this monster be the one to inject her. I am disgusted and hurt. Shame on you, Gasow! Your filthy money making tactics are absolutely abhorrent. DO NOT BRING YOUR FURRY FAMILY HERE!!!!"

"Good group of people. Answer ever question Doctor and his staff. Was able to take care of my Cat. Made my baby comfortable. I didn't even have an appointment and he was able to do the examinations and quickly was able to look after him after seeing my cat had a broken leg. I just wanted to say I REALLY appreciate it."

"Gasow Vet is a horrible place to take your pets! They take advantage of senior citizens! They charged my mother lots of money for medication her dog did not need. She found this out when she got home, and called them immediately to complain. They refused to refund her even though the medication was unopened and in the bag that they had given her. Do not take your pets here! They charge an arm and a leg and take advantage of older people! If I could give them zero stars, I would."

"They say you can now come in but it is not at all encouraged. We waited 45 mins after the dogs were brought back to us to be checked out. I tried to call in but was on eternal hold. I walked in to ask for our bill, was sent back to the car & they locked the door. The receptionist tried to argue the coupon we had for meds & wanted to charge more. We will not be back simply bc of the terrible front desk service. We spend more time dealing w them than the vet and this was not the first time we experienced this."
