"This is the worst pharmacy ever, I switched here because of how big it is and the premium location and it's been a disappointment, all the medications are out of stock, they never notify you, they close the pharmacy before time, if there is an issue with the refill they never call you, it's just a joke, every time I need something I have to drive up 5 times. You need to do better! The only person that's amazing there is Jen, besides that it's just horrible"

"The people were very nice at the pharmacy and checkout. However, I had a $2 off 2 items coupon saved in the app along with a $5 off $15 paper coupon. I handed the cashier the $5 off coupon, she scanned it and I get the receipt in an email. No coupons were applied. Would be nice if the cost and savings were clearer on a screen there or at least the cashier could mention if a coupon they scanned for me didn’t work for some reason. Also, the app sucks."

"This location of Walgreens is sort of the high-end version of a Walgreens. The perfume and makeup section makes you feel like maybe you are at Macy’s or Nordstrom‘s or somewhere like that. I have gotten two Covid shots at this location and both times it was very efficient. The first time was sort of peak pandemic when it was tougher to get a shot and yeah I waited for a half hour or so but I got it when it was really hard to get now. Of course it’s super easy you are in and out in like 10 minutes or less, they have a great selection of food and beverages here in particular. They have a not bad selection of craft beer for a Walgreens. Take that with a grain of salt. It’s not like it’s a craft beer store or anything but yeah you can actually get something decent here, the wine selections actually pretty good too. I guess you got up. Make sure you keep your Birmingham clientele. Happy. That’s a good thing is extra ample and everybody that works. Here has always been really friendly. I have a Walgreens closer to home, but I take the extra couple miles to come to this one just for the pleasant experience."
