"I only started bringing my daughter here, because Dr. Ice was my pediatrician. The doctors and the MA’s are very respectful, considerate, and has your child(ren) the best care. The rest of the staff, could careless about your child needs. They are inconsiderate, and does things on their own time not when it’s highly needed. The wait time is ridiculous, even after they call you in the back. Unfortunately we won’t be returning."

"First, I want to say the doctors are absolutely amazing and so are the MAs. HOWEVER, I've been affiliated with this clinic for two decades and have never experienced a front office staff that is so inconsiderate, inconsistent, incompetent, insensitive, discombobulated, no compassion, annoying, and frustrating to deal with in my life. I mean IN MY LIFE. I've run a primary care clinic and the way the front office staff over the past few years, (more recently), is running this place down is something I would've never allowed....my providers would've never allowed. They are the absolute worst representation of this clinic and the care the providers provide. Care doesn't begin when families arrive..it begins at first contact. Whoever does the hiring for front office need to do a better job, because the women they have there now as of 9/20/23 are absolutely disgusting."
