"Melissa was very unprofessional when attempting to make a new intake appointment. Overbooked appointments in which they have expectations for you to take your children out of school for appts until they are able to get you into “their prime appointment spots”. Also must place a credit card on file for them to see your child even with insurance coverage. No exceptions. I only had American Express and Melissa said they do not accept AMEX and recommended I borrow someone else’s credit card to put on file. I offered cash and she refused. Bad first impression."
