"I love I can see how my daughter’s day is going through their app, with livestreaming, photos and updates made by their teachers on her daily activities. We had concerns at the beginning but they were well addressed by the Director Susan. Miss Katelin, Miss Nina, Miss Jaimy has been awesome teachers :). Overall there is a good environment and as always there will be areas of improvement but I most of all I want to thankful i have a place to trust part of the care and the development of my child."
"I have a 2yo that's been here since she was 6mo and my 8mo is just starting. They both have a wonderful time, the teachers are all very attentive. I can watch classroom cameras any time to check on them or use an app to message teachers directly with any questions or concerns. Meals provided are balanced and sound yummy. There are plenty of activities and room for kids to explore, and they go outside twice a day weather permitting. When Covid-19 hit, we had our little ones home for 6 months, returning wasn't easy with vacancy issues, but everything was squared away within the next 2 months. New Director Senetra is handling everything very well in these hard times, they've started making calls home every other month and it's wonderful to hear from the teachers directly on how my kids are doing. The school has remained proactive in communicating with parents about any updates and my little ones are always happy when I pick them up. Moms can't ask for much more! Update: Senetra was replaced and we ended up leaving this practice May 6th of 22. It's just not what it used to be here, some of the staff was very negligent with their time and supervision and others were not following the curriculum. Hopefully things have changed since then, but it was pretty poor quality by the time we were done."
"Please be careful. My 6-year-old son was physically assaulted by the 8/9-year-old son of an employee. He was pushed down the stairs and left bleeding during a field trip. When I went to pick him up and express my concern, the director was cold and indifferent. Her exact words were, "it wasn't that many stairs." The bully pushed my son down several stairs while shouting "sacrifice." I have tried to resolve with the corporate office to no avail. I am heartbroken that I left my son in the care of people who abused him. Please be careful, the employee's violent, older child is allowed to bully the younger, smaller kids. While I was picking up my son, the bully body slammed another child as his mother/employee watched. Her only response was to tell him not to do that. This boy is easily 50/60 lbs heavier than the other children in the class. I understand there is an employee shortage. However, staffing the building shouldn't come at the expense or safety of the smaller children."
"I highly recommend Childtime for a variety of reasons. I was not going to be a daycare mom, until I needed daycare. I read plenty of reviews online of many childcare facilities in the area and Childtime in Farmington Hills had the best. I took a tour, enrolled my 6-month-old daughter, and she adjusted perfectly to her new environment. Childtime has an "open door" policy and I took full advantage of it, just to make sure my daughter was going to be fine. The teachers are so caring, knowledgable, and trustworthy. The Infant 1 classroom's lead teacher has 20 years of experience. The Infant 2 classroom's lead teacher has 17 years of experience. Both of these women sold me on the school. They are an amazing group of caregivers and I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs dependable child care."
"When I decided to return to work part time it was a huge struggle to find the right place that could both accommodate my schedule and meet my standards for my twin toddlers care. During my tour of Childtime I very quickly decided it's the right place. They have high standards of cleanliness and education and more importantly provide a nurturing and caring environment for my girls. The staff have always been pleasant and warm. I love the email updates I get throughout the day, especially the pictures, and can't wait to take advantage of their next parent nights out!"
