"I absolutely loved the doctor we had. Dr Maki. Best pediatrician we've had. But two different times within 4 months, I arrived for an appointment, only to be told it was the day prior. I work Tuesdays and know I would have never scheduled an appointment that day. The first time I assumed it was my mistake and paid the late fee. The second time had me incredibly frustrated, especially when they told me they had sent me multiple reminders. None of which I can verify that I received. We would love to stick with the doctor. It's the disorganization of the rest of the office that, sadly, makes me want to look elsewhere."

"Dr. Haskin is great! But apart from that, the receptionist is always grumpy, never smiles, and is extremely impatient. And they almost don't want to give any late appointments to adults (who work during the day) and save them for kids (who can come literally any other time of the day). Haven't had great experiences with any other doctors currently in this office. Other than Dr. Haskin, the others that I have seen don't really believe you when you tell them your symptoms, and are reluctant to prescribe medication or treatment that would fix the issues."
