"I came to Life Beyond Barriers after going to a different therapy place. I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. I didn't want to do more damage to my hands than had already occurred. So I needed help. The previous therapist told me nothing could be done, but not the therapist at LBB. He told me my muscles were deteriorating and the weaker my muscles were the more damage I could cause to the joints. He was realistic that the damage that had been done could not be reversed, but gave me tools, exercises and splints so I could continue my active life and do the things I love to do.
