"My husband and I are so happy to have found our new family doctor. They accommodated our scheduling and got us both in before we left for vacation, even not being an established patient. He was so kind and thorough giving history of the office and some background on how his office runs and he practices medicine. I left feeling very comfortable and excited with our decision - and am excited to leave a much larger practice that we've been using for 3 years and have not been pleased with. Dr. Williamson seems to be a compassionate provider that cares about his patients."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Williamson for about 20 years and have followed his practice from Howard City to Cedar Springs to Rockford because he is a wonderful doctor who CARES very much about his patients. He listens attentively and asks questions to get to the heart of problem, rather than just writing a prescription. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that it is very difficult to reach anyone on the phone to schedule appointments. I've been trying for several days, and the answering machine picks up and says the office is closed. The hours say 9am-5pm (on Wednesdays and Thursdays), and I have called during those hours each time."

"I have been going to Dr. Williamson for about two years. I have always found him to be very nice. Takes his time and pays attention to the problem. I never had to wait in the office for more than 10 minutes before they took me in. Their follow up is great also."

"Very unprofessional. I have severe health issues regarding my athsma and have called a dozen times over 2 years to get check out and all i have gotten is ignored. While i had no balance due. Then get told to find a new family doctor. The whole Williamson staff and Dr Jeffrey Williamson himself is the biggest joke of all medical practice. If you care about your health don't rely on his help."
