"Went in feeling terrible. Kim, Jenna, and Ashley took great care of me right away. Beautiful office, quick easy paperwork, fast amazing service. They really cared and got to know me quickly. I was in and out fast but didn't lack any ounce of needed service or attention. Great job ladies, so happy I found your urgent care. I will be coming in there or any and all needs I have. Highly recommend."

"Staff was super friendly and so kind to my family. We were checked in and saw the NP Ashley in under 7 minutes. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and left with peace of mind that our son was just fine. We were given detailed aftercare instructions and a prescription was sent immediately to our local pharmacy, zero wait time. We will definitely be going back here if we ever need to (hopefully we don't). The entire staff provided outstanding care and obviously care about their jobs and the patients they see."

"I came in as a new patient because of a hurt foot and was seen immediately. They did an initial exam, X-rays, and provided the results within 35 minutes. To top it off, the kind staff apologized for the “long wait” despite it being the quickest, most efficient urgent care visit I have personally experienced. I also received a call 2 days later just to check up on how I am feeling. The patient care is amazing, definitely recommend coming here! I rarely leave any reviews but, I work in government health insurance and love when facilities make the complicated stuff simple!"

"I am so grateful for Blue Water Urgent Care in New Baltimore. My 2-year-old was injured while in a bouncy house yesterday and hurt her foot. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by each of the staff. My daughter was well taken care of by the staff and they were amazing with her! The nurse made my baby girl feel comfortable and kept surprising her with special stickers and she got a special sucker when we left. There was no wait and the nurse and PA were amazing with my baby. They had her X-rays done within a few minutes of us being taken to the room. After the radiology technician read the X-rays the medical staff had her foot in a temporary cast and we were out the door heading home before dinner time. A special thank you to a great friend and her amazing staff!"

"My son injured his foot and was in a lot of pain so we thought we would try this new place! From walking in the door being immediately greeted, taken back by the friendly and patient MA, pleasant consult with the great bedside manner from the PA…our entire visit was perfect! Although their power was down for viewing the x-ray the PA assured me she would update us as soon as a radiologist read it. She still took proper precautions and treated him for the worst to make sure he left as comfortable as she could wrapping the foot and putting a temp splint on. The environment was very clean! Thank you for a great experience and making my child comfortable."
