"I would really love to give a full 5 stars as both the therapist and psychiatrist I see are amazing. They listen to me and try to understand my position and how I'm feeling. I love that after I had to move, I can still have virtual visits. The only problem I've had is with the scheduling staff. I left a message twice for scheduling in my whole time using their services, (I've been seeing my therapist for almost 2 years) and I didn't get a call back until 3-4 days later. If I call, I usually get the voice mail and it takes a half hour before I can even get ahold of anyone. Most recently it took an hour and a half."

"This place was referred by son's pediatrician. My insurance covered it with a copay. Now I'm being charged over $100 for a consultation visit and being called, emailed and harrassed about it EVERYDAY. Harassing me is not going to make me pay any faster and I will dispute it with my insurance company."

"I was hospitalized here a year ago. I don’t recommend any one go here. When I was placed in exclusion I was punched by 2 men and given shots. When i was left in the room alone with a tall older white man, he slammed me on to the bed stomach first with my head to the side he applied an immense amount of pressure onto my temple. He didn’t stop only until I grasped as much strength to say “you’re killing me”. That was also when the lady walked in the room. They took reports the next day but I never heard from them again. I truly believe that could have been the end of me. Murder. I also believe they provide internships/study for scientologist."
