"I use Dr. Jennifer Nowasielski at Great Lakes OBGYN and she has been nothing short of great as a OBGYN for a first time mom. She makes sure to answer all of my questions and is always friendly and helpful. I never leave reviews but I felt it was worth it to shout out my positive experience with her. I am 8 months pregnant and she has been with me the whole time and prior when I needed testing done before getting pregnant!"

"I have been with this medical group for 20+ years. Dr. Gilbert has some of the best bedside manners in any physician that I’ve ever seen. She’s kind, patient, compassionate and takes her time discussing all of my concerns. The front desk staff and nurses in this office are always kind as well."

"You would think that an office dealing with pregnant and postpartum women would have nicer and more understanding office staff. Dr. Griffith and her nurse is awesome, but the front desk staff and the ultrasound tech is awful. From being belittled and embarrassed by the ultrasound tech for wanting my husband at my appointment, to being hung up on by the receptionist because I was severely frustrated that my postpartum appointment was canceled 30 minutes before and having to drag my newborn baby out in the freezing cold so someone else could watch her. Then I was randomly scheduled for another postpartum appointment that I couldn't make, called to reschedule, and was met with the same rudeness as before. We couldn't find any appointment that would work for me so I said I would call them back, but I am honestly just so done with this place, I haven't bothered. I haven't heard anything from this office since. So sad that mothers are completely forgotten about following the birth of their child. I will find another office that actually cares to help me."

"I myself being a young adult went here for my first annual visit the nurse were amazing and Dr. Jennifer Nowasielski was amazing she took the time to talk with me and made sure I was comfortable and now I am using them to help with testing my fertility so that my husband and I can finally start our family the staff has been super supportive and helped me understand what each and every test was and how they used it"

"I honestly can't stand this doctors office. 5x they have scheduled me appts and when I get there they cancel. I understand the doctor has to go out for deliveries, but it is funny how they can never tell me a few hours before..but nope not till I get there. They do not accommodate with telehealth...so they just waste your time and gas instead of saying another doctor can see you or the doctor can do a zoom call. I honestly love Dr. Griffith, but today I had an urgent need to be seen, but nope - I have to return home without anybody helping me out. I do not recommend this place."
