"Every time I call here I get the run around. I needed medication. I am TWO DAYS overdue for a appointment. Explained to them I would make an appointment by end of month but I needed my meds filled. I am out of a couple. Was told my Dr. moved to another practice and was told I would have to see Dr. Kahn before I could get my meds and she was booked till next week. I guess I am to go with out my diabetic meds and this is not the first time this had happened. The office staff is horrible. I hope Dr. Kahn is a nice as Dr. Steffanie was or I will have to find another dr."

"I love Dr. Khan but the front desk receptionist is awful. They never answer the phone or return calls. When you finally have an appointment scheduled be prepared to sit in the lobby for 45+ minutes and then wait another 45+ minutes to be seen by the doctor. It shouldn't take almost two hours just to get a prescription refill. This is the third awful appointment I have experienced in a row. I will not be coming back and will find a different family doctor. I highly suggest you stay away too if you value your time."

"my dad has gone here and had an awful experience filling his prescription. when he went to pick up the prescription, not all of it was there as discussed with his doctor. he called the practice and they said they’d call him back when the doctor was in. they never called back so he called the next day, left a message and still never got a reply. called again the next day and of course no luck. he had to physically go into the office in order to speak to someone. they told him his doctor wasn’t available and when he said he was going to go to urgent care or the ER, they finally miraculously were able to help him. then, my mom makes an appointment there and when we show up, they tell us her appointment has been cancelled. they said they called and they certainly did not call and at least leave a message. the office staff was incredibly rude about it, i can’t even believe it honestly. wouldn’t even make eye contact or speak to us directly. clearly they do not care about peoples time or concerns."

"The doctors are wonderful and truly care about their patients. However the front desk and customer service is awful. My mom went in for an appointment because she needed a refill on her medication. She was given the wrong prescription refill, which is ok, mistakes happen. However I’ve called for a week now, over 8 phone calls asking for them to please call in the correct prescription refill. Each time the front desk person says they will inform the doctor and nothing gets done. Absolutely terrible customer service and lack of responsibility."
