"I went there for a psych evaluation, I live in Toledo. But my daughter stay out there so she been giving me hard time with my daughter so she told the courts I was unstable and a lot of things which make no sense. But they told me to go see Cindy Bilinsky, who was fast and understanding. So anyone who live in that area and feeling down and want get check she the one. Awesome and nice woman. Thanks."
"Beware of Dr Eric Blumberg. He quite literally forgot when he scheduled the initial appointment. As a result, he was surprised when the patient joined, "didn't think he had anyone scheduled," and didn't send follow up paperwork or materials. After a couple business days of waiting for paperwork / homework, a text was sent to Dr Eric saying that the process felt disorganized. No personal attacks. Eric proceeded to get offended with his patient for expressing this frustration. Instead of texting back a simple apology and a link, or reassuring the patient about the process, he called the patient and started the conversation with "I can tell that you're irritated..." Classy. However, Dr Blumberg is the most organized therapist you will ever encounter. He told me so himself. He is also extremely professional, which he repeatedly assured me over the phone. He's so professional that he texted his patients husband to complain about his patient, instead of (checks notes) apologizing and sending paperwork he should have sent the week before. It gets better but you get the point; the guy is a real joy on the phone to say the least. Eric needs to be in therapy, not providing it. As if the above isn't enough, he also deliberately and repeatedly misgendered a non-binary person when speaking, a person whom he knows personally. I may as well also mention that he "wishes he could punch (old therapist) in the face," for how they handle EMDR. Perhaps not the best choice of words regarding a female therapist when you're speaking to trauma victims. Eric, if you are reading this, it is never your place to tell someone that you are nice, or safe, or professional, or organized, or the best. No, it is not your place to tell them; It is your place to show them. Perhaps some day you may learn this, but it is evident that to this stage in your life, you have not."
"We deal with a very complex case of a family member who has sleeping beauty syndrome, PTSD, and brain injury. Dr Irene Zarr and Dave Hiatt are exceptional in advice, options, professionalism, direction, and empathy! They show they care every time we talk with them, and they go above and beyond."
"I called Wentworth and Associates on October 4, and had to leave a VM to schedule a new patient appointment. The person who returned my call seemed helpful, stated that they indeed had openings for new patients and took my information. They stated that the case manager would assign a counselor and appointment time, and I would be contacted by the end of the next business day with my appointment time and a link to new patient paperwork. I have received no contact from this clinic nor any of it's counselors/case managers, and only get voice mail when I call."
"Eric Blumberg is great!! He is kind, compassionate and truly understands childhood trauma. I have been in therapy for years and Eric is truly the first time I can see a light at the end of the road. EMDR therapy is very effective and Eric is great at it!"
