"Given the area of the body in which these guys specialise in, you could be forgiven for putting off seeking help. I did. However my issue kept getting worse and more uncomfortable to the point I could barely sit down anymore. I decided enough was enough and finally made an appointment at the Utica office. My doctor was amazing. Any embarrassment I had previously worried about was left at the door. After he had examined me, he took me through what the problem was at a pace I could take it in and ask questions. The staff at this office were all warm and friendly. I had opted for surgery to treat my issue, this was done by my doctor in a separate surgical facility in lake Orion. Again everyone was amazing. Naturally I was in a bit of discomfort for a few days but it didn’t take long to bounce back. Because I felt so much better in such a short period of time, I went back to work sooner than I’d been advised to, and did too much too quickly and thus caused a small infection. My wife called the office who asked me to come to the Rochester office straight away. My doctor was in surgery so I saw another doctor who was equally friendly and professional. He treated the sight immediately and sent me on my way with antibiotics. I cannot praise these guys enough. Every person I came into contact with at both offices and the surgical centre they use, are amazing, warm and friendly and leave no room for embarrassment."
