"First off do not believe any of the negative reviews for this particular facility. The Shelby Township facility at 22 Mile and Van Dyke is absolutely amazing. I have noticed a lot of the negative reviews are for the other Alliance Health Facilities out there there's lots of Alliance Health Facilities, however the Shelby Township location is absolutely amazing. I see Dr Gary Stencel, and he is absolutely fantastic. He is very understanding and very patient, the office staff is very fast and friendly I have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 3 minutes before being called back to the room and my doctor comes back within 5 minutes of me in my room. When I am out of my medications and I call it in it gets refilled within a few hours and I don't have to keep calling back a million times. I have been coming to this particular facility for more than 15 years and I have recommended other people this particular facility and location as well. I have also seen the other doctors in this practice and they are all the same, nice and friendly and answer all of my questions and they really do care"

"I really enjoy this place and have been going here for about 15 years! Very prompt with medication refills, email questions (via MyChart), and test results. I trust the care of my primary Dr. Stencel and other doctors/nurse practitioners if he were to be out that day and I have to be squeezed in. Great place overall, even the ancillary staff! I'm not hurt by the blood draws either when needed!"
