"Terrible experience here. I've been having health concerns and asked for a full blood test, to check for whatever they can. Doc was "understaffed" and had the desk receptionist take my blood. She pushed down with the cotton ball with the needle in my arm, destroying my vein and creating a bruise that went halfway down my forearm for the next couple of weeks. Then, I told him will you call me when you get the results? He goes "Oh you'll have to call me, I'll forget". So, about three business days after that, I call and they say "Oh he didn't get a chance to look over the results, he will call you tonight or tomorrow". So, few days later still no call. I call about a week later, they say that the lab has STILL NOT SENT THE RESULTS, and they will contact the lab to get them faxed. So, had I not called they wouldn't have even followed up when I'm spending money to get this done. Place is just a huge joke."

"I absolutely love this doctors office! Dr. Salem actually takes the time to listen to you and genuinely cares! The staff are all wonderful and helpful as well....they always get their referrals done in a quick timely manner."

"I hate this doctors office. I want to switch primarys as soon as I can. They are never on time with anything. I see an oncologist and every time he has to send me to a procedure they must receive authorization from my primary doctor at this location. I've had surgeries canceled due to their office not sending authorization over in time. I've also had to fill out a physical form for my insurance that they were supposed to fax over which I later received phone calls from my insurance telling me they never received anything from this office. This place may be suitable for someone who only goes once a year to the doctor but if you're thinking long-term this place is terrible."

Dr. Salem is very knowledgeable and knew what I needed right away, very happy with the switch and now I’m comfortable going to the doctors office! Another great thing about my appointment was that I was NOT sitting in the waiting room for too long and then rushed in the room. Dr. Salem made sure he covered everything and all my questions/concerns were answered!"
