"Today I went in to have my blood drawn and this place was filthy dirty. The chairs were filthy ,old blood stains on some of the chairs busted seat cushions. Service was terrible and unprofessional ."
"Arrived 20 minutes early an imaging appointment all entrances were locked. There was a call box with instructions to call reception for entry - the phone just rang unanswered. After 15 minutes of trying I tried the prompt care area they we’re kind enough to provide a phone number but no one answered and no option available to leave a message. The Beaumont scheduling line was offline for the weekend, it was a complete waste of time."
