U would think having the procedure I did that u would feel uncomfortable, but that was not the case AT ALL..Shaz the ultrasound tech went above and beyond! "My daughter was seen on January 2nd. It is now Jan 7th and her prescription for one of her medications was never sent to the pharmacy. She has called the hospital, and the receptionist told my daughter that it would be sent. She is still waiting for it. I just don’t understand why it is taking so long for one medication to be sent to the pharmacy. If there was an issue, then she should have been informed. We will not be returning to this hospital."

"There was one thing that especially impressed me. The nurses were exceptional! The pre/post op nurses were skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient, as well as being personable. The surgical nurses came to introduce themselves and give reassurance that they would be taking care of me. Actually, that did have a calming effect. My doctor briefly gave me info on the process, recovery period and answered any questions. (We had already went over a lot in an office visit.) The anesthesiologist also came to see me, which I know is common. However, he was reassuring also, and spent a decent amount of time with me. From my experience, I would give 5 stars for Ascension Health Center."
