"Black women beware! This is for Macomb residency clinic! Very racist practice it’s definitely showing during black history month. Have went into preterm labor because of their negligence the residents keep putting false information in my chart particularly Dr. Uceda and Dr. Mcdaniels. The doctor over them Dr. Vengalil is very dismissive. Dr. Uceda wrote me a letter stating let me know if you’re transferring care so we can “discharge you from our practice”. I’m walking away so they can’t discharge me. How is it my fault that you ignore your Hippocratic oath?? Im constantly in the hospital and you guys keep acting like you don’t care I should not be passing out everyday that’s why I couldn’t be here. Every specialist I go to tells me you’re not doing your jobs! Im done with their negligence. I bet they’ll try to discharge me for my review! I don’t care any place is better than here."

"This is one of the worse experienced I ever had in my life. First they do not have any openings for the time you preferred to get an appointment. Second they have eleven residents working there & every time you go there it’s going to be a difficult resident who has no idea why you there for. Dr. Suppose to visit patients chart before they come to see the patient. OBGyn office deals with sensitive matters and this is not how it’s suppose to go. They also gave me a wrong report & after that they told me because it was a new resident. Those dr.also do not talk to you about any before or after care .As a first time pregnant, I always have to search on internet to get my question answered. Also they take one hour break when they do not even answer a phone call. My question is why does everyone have to take a break at the same time, I also work in a medical facility & we care our patients more than us. Try to ignore this OBGyn facility as much you can or you will regret like me."

"I've been going to this office for around 3 years, and today will be my last visit. I arrived early to my appointment and completed the pre-check in online before showing up. I was in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I asked the front desk lady when I would be seen by Dr. Rodriquez. MIND YOU, they had already rescheduled me once before for this appointment, and I made it 4 months in advanced, so I waited a long time just for an annual. Another lady ends up coming out and tells me it's going to take another hour & maybe even longer to see her. I was truly baffled - because they were going to just let me sit there like an idiot for another hour without telling me. There was also only one other person in the waiting room. If you’re running 2+ hours behind, why wouldn’t you notify the patient? Plus, I left work specifically for this appointment - so any time I miss I have to make up at my own expense. I explained my situation to the women at the front desk and expressed how unprofessional I thought this was, they seemed unfazed. Couldn't care less. What a waste of my time & money - go elsewhere for your own sake."

"Dr. Jacquelyn Rodriguez is professional and caring. She really listened to my concerns and addressed them with the upmost urgency. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family. Also, very clean and updated office."

"I moved to the area recently and saw the doctor once for an annual. Dr was fine, friendly. Scheduled a few weeks later for a 1st prenatal visit. When I arrived, the building was stocked with rodent poison cartridges and there is clear evidence that there is a mouse infestation in the building. Upon arrival, I'm informed that the doctor had just stepped out to do a delivery and I needed to reschedule. This is no problem, disappointing but understandable. However there were zero times that could accommodate my schedule. They don't allow people under 18 to attend the appointments and this is a problem as I don't have easy access to childcare. They did however after checking with another staff member, permit me to bring my toddler with me at the next visit provided no one else was going to be in their waiting room. I scheduled but canceled the next day as ended up getting into Henry Ford and received fabulous care there. Would not recommend."
