The doctors immediately recognized that he needed more advanced intervention and quickly called the ER of a local hospital to let them know we were on the way. They were incredibly kind and gentle with our son and seeing that he was in pain, they mobilized his wrist and put his arm in a sling. They also explained to him what would happen at the hospital, so he was reassured about next steps. We were then expedited at the hospital when we arrived, due to the advance call by the clinic. While we were only at the clinic for 5 minutes, they were excellent and put us on the right path to get the right care. Overall, a great experience and we would absolutely return, if needed!"
