"Possibly one of the worst mental health places I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. The therapist I got was basically a freaking robot she didn't seem to want to be there anymore than I did. You're not given a lot of choices about your care either. This is the place that you go to as a last resort, if no other place will take you or you can't get to somewhere else. Otherwise avoid this place like the plague. They're going to make you do a bunch of stuff you don't want to do just to get your medication. It's a money pit, they're not interested in helping you they're interested in maximizing profit"

"I been going to developments for 15 years, since 2008. I had graduate with two associates and working on with a third one!!! I did a NASA internship and about to do an second NASA internship!!! And Finally, I am making plans to go to Wayne State University with a major with Computer Science and a minor in Astronomy!!!! This is because Development Centers!!!!!!"

"I had the intake appointment and then they just stopped answering me about setting up another appointment and sent me a letter saying my phone number is disconnected…even though they contacted me on my phone. This is not the place to go for help."

"A lady Therapist... I know I'm a grown woman, going through, What's wrong with me... She said to me at my appointment... You a grown woman now you should know that. What the heck,,,, If I knew what's going on with me mentally; to see a psy. therapist.... Duu, hummm I wouldn't have gotten help, especially by her.... My mind mentally" I dont know" yep, I loosing it."

"The first time I had to this place was Awesome, in 2014, Then this Year I had Came back for more Service's, and this time was horroble. One the Residents need to have Experience before they sit behind that desk... Second thing is everybody goes through things in life like loosing a loved one especially if it your Spouse, I had went back to New Directions Club House and was sent home in tears and thinking the worst!! Like I said this place has changed and so has the STAFF YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!!"
