"Not sure what's up with all these bad reviews. Had a very pleasant experience. Everything went smooth as glass. Good people. Good place. Get your mind right before you go in here, don't take it out on the doctor's office because you're having a bad day. If you're going to building 3535, 742 suite., Coming off 13 Mile pull straight up to the parking garage. Look to the left. You will see the building 3535. There's parking spaces on the left right there outside the parking garage or you can park inside the parking garage. You might want to come a little early to give yourself time to find it, it's upstairs on the 7th floor."

"I'm absolutely livid. I made the effort to come here to have my broken leg examined, enduring a whole week of waiting for an appointment. Just when I thought things might go smoothly, I had the courtesy to call them and inform them that I would be running 15 minutes late. They reassured me that there was a 15-minute grace period. But guess what? I arrived precisely 14 minutes late, only to be left waiting for a worker to come and assist me. I waited for an excruciating 10 minutes while nobody bothered to accompany me upstairs. And to top it all off, they had the audacity to refuse to let the doctor see me. After driving 35 minutes to get here, they didn't even make an effort to accommodate me. This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely outrageous."

"Let me start by saying my surgeon was phenomenal. That being said, the office on the other hand is very incompetent. The first few days after my knee surgery I had asked for a refill on the pain meds. I could get them as long as I drove up to the office. Walgreens, where I get all me prescriptions , including the initial pain meds was right down the street. That’s nice, I just had surgery 72 hours ago and I can’t walk. Fast forward to my recheck. Let’s call the afternoon before and ask to move it out a month. The surgeon is only there once a month and he’s overbooked. Ok. Not. Apparently my time isn’t worth anything. Luckily, I didn’t need a letter to return to work. Now, this is where the fun begins. I have been dealing with their billing staff for the last 5 months and they can’t seem or don’t have a clue as to how to properly bill and code. I was supposed to get 12 PT sessions with my insurance, because they can’t seem to do their jobs correctly, my insurance isn’t picking up the cost. One person at Beaumont had the nerve as to ask me what to code it? I don’t work there! That’s your job! I have talked to several people and I keep getting the run around that it’s taken care of! To multi billion dollar hospital system, $5000 may seem like nothing, but to me it’s quite a bit of money! Do yourself a favor and choose another orthopedic surgeon’s office that has a clue. This is the worst!"
