"Dr. Gumma & Christina gave me a piece of mind. I truly appreciate them both for all of their help and support."
"My experience was great! My Therapist Gerard was kind and attentive to my condition. I liked how he used different methods of PT instead of the same routine each visit . He was also funny which helped take the stress off the doing the exercises. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. Kudos to Lynette, the receptionist. Not only did she greet me every morning, she remembered my name! The scheduling process is great, they can work around any schedule you may have. If you need a good location for PT, this place will not disappoint."
"Learn a lot of exercises that I was able to continue I was home after my surgery. The staff was great. And work around my busy schedule."
"The staff was too involved with each other instead of the clients. Julie is amazing and the front staff as well."
"I had a terrible experience as soon as I entered the door to reception. I only wanted to collect my mother's referral form that she called ahead of time to get. I was not greeted by the gentleman upon entering. He didn't even look at me when I said good morning. He only pointed at the sign in sheet with his pen. I found this to be very rude. How did he know I had an appointment, which I did not. I was then left to wait for almost 10 minutes, and the whole time the receptionist never acknowledged me or inquired as to why I was even there. I shudder to think how my mother would have been treated if the front office is that rude and neglectful and one cannot help but wonder if the back office staff is just as rude. I'm glad she decided not to use their services. I understand that workers at the front office have to deal with terrible people sometimes, but that does not give anyone the right to treat others in a disrespectful manner."
