"Today was opening day (2-1-16) and my 4 month old son had an appointment there at 815 am. First things first, driving up to a building that looks like leggos is kind of cool ever for a 30 something year old guy like me. When we walked in, we were instantly greeted by a very warm reception staff. Getting registered took longer than it should however that is to be expected on day one as technical glitches in the new computer system will come up- nothing they couldn't easily figure out and take care of. Once registered, we were escorted to an exam room. Within seconds of getting into our room the medical staff was in there ready to go. Again, using all new computer systems there were minor hiccups in entering in the data but that was easily taken care of. You've got to expect those glitches in a brand new facility. The staff was beyond friendly and the facilities are definitely designed to ease a child's fear during medical visits. In closing, if you go in during the next few weeks, be reasonable in expecting possible delays due to the computer systems. They are very quick fix them. But you're in expert hands for care and your child will be in the least stressful environment possible for an otherwise stressful experience."
