"When I got home I discovered I was charged full price for one of the items I obtained from clearance area marked 50% off. I do not believe it was placed in the clearance area by mistake as there were several of this same item in that area. 1/11/2024 As a follow up to this review….. I received an email asking me to reach out to the customer service team. I did that. Turns out my review was correct. After several days and many emails back and forth it was determined that multiple of this item were placed on the 50% off shelf. Exactly what I originally stated. The outcome to this drawn out process was that I was told I should have used price checkers to verify that the store was not placing non sale items on the 50% off shelf. See the actual response below. This is AFTER they asked me to reach out to them. I wish there was a way to decrease my one star related to this further waste of my time. "First time here, it's in the same complex as home goods, dollar tree and Costco. This store is absolutely gigantic and has really anything you would need to decorate your home. I'm pretty sure they had 300 different seat cushions for your outdoor seats. Definitely a cool store if you're looking for anything for your home."
