"Terrible office manager, terrible communication, don’t care, don’t answer calls or return messages, hangs up on you, don’t care if your in pain, don’t listen to your opinions, canceled surgery 2 days before. Never be treated so poorly or seen such lack of urgency, care, empathy! Wish we read the reviews before we got this far now have to start all over! Messed up our family, lives, jobs! They do not answer your calls, respond to your messages, or meet any needs you need in your personal life to make accommodations for your job or well being. "First started going to Dr. Athens back in 2015 after seeing many, many other orthopedic surgeons in the past and he is by far the BEST one. He performed my knee surgery and has always been so kind; he has excellent bedside manner. I refer everyone I know to him. The office staff is helpful and nice, I have no complaints."

"I think Dr. Eberhardt did an amazing job on my hip replacement. However this is the 2nd phone call that has not been returned and I made the call 10 days ago. The office staff is not trained in client respect or etiquette in any way. The sad part is that it doesn't seem to matter to the Dr.s that are running this office or there rating would be at least 4 stars. It's about the money and nothing else."
