"Just spoke with Jamie, who I assume works the front desk. She was very rude with me when I told her I couldn’t schedule b/c I have new insurance and it isn’t in network with Henry ford. She said “well you’ll have to find a new gynecologist to have your script filled then” Didn’t even try ask what insurance I had now. & she ended the call with a “Buh bye”"

"I love this office and the drs. I just can’t stand the fact that you are always on hold for over 10 minutes! They definitely need to learn to multitask in the front."

"Please for the love of god DO NOT go here. I went here for my two kids to see Dr.Niagara ( who I love) but the front desk ( specifically the old lady who’s working) and a Dr. I seen by the name of Dr.Woods was ABSOLUTELY terrible to me. I had to report them to office manager it was THAT BAD. I go to the Southgate clinic now that way I can still see Dr. nigara but This is my second terrible incident with dr. Wood. I missed ONE appointment because my insurance got shut off and she threatened to take my child away at birth with CPS. I could not believe my ears . RUNNNNN! Run from this office"

"This is not my usual OBGYN but they have me considering a permanent switch. I first met with Dr. Nagarah and knew right off the bat I would love her. She has a great personality that makes you feel instantly comfortable. Unfortunately, on my first visit they didn't have what I needed so it did end up getting cancelled. I rescheduled when they called me back in and met with NP Marlene Petrovich who was also great. The staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I already do not like talking about personal things even with doctors but they made it super easy. Would definitely recommend this office to friends. I also like that they are apart of the Henry Ford Health Systems."
