"Firstly, Dr. Reed is fantastic. She's a good listener, compassionate, solution-driven. However, surgical scheduling for the practice is abysmal. The only day for outpatient procedures is midweek and after weeks of trying to coordinate schedules between the doctor, myself, and my partner, we set a date only to find out THE DAY OF SURGERY it never got scheduled. And when I called and explained how many times we had worked on finding a date, "Yeah, I'm sorry about that." I have requested that my records be transferred."

"I wish I could leave less than one star. My sister made an appointment online, for a very urgent matter involving her IUD, at which point she received an email and text message confirmation of her appointment. She drove all the way from Westland to Commerce township, just to get there and be told that the doctor is not accepting new patients. no phone call, no email, no text beforehand to let her know they wouldn’t be able to take her. They made little effort to help her once she got there. I have no comment on the doctor, but the staff was extremely unhelpful and made her feel like this was her fault. I will never recommend this place to anyone."

"Some of the best people work here. Erin is my absolute favorite. I've been to multiple obgyns over the years and do not feel comfortable anywhere else. The doctors here are professional and very proactive when it comes to women's health. The entire staff at this office is wonderful."

"I have been with this office for both of my pregnancies. Every doctor has been absolutely amazing and are very professional and great at giving you that one on one care. Unfortunately, the last few months of this pregnancy the office receptionist has made everything extremely difficult and doesn’t seem to want to do her job at all. I have to ask her to schedule my follow up appointment every single visit since she just dismisses me. Her attitude is terrible towards me and when I was mistakenly scheduled for one appointment at the Bloomfield office she argued with me about being aware that it was made for the second location which I have never been to and would not knowingly schedule. Out of 2 pregnancies I had never missed a single appointment until she made that one. More recently I was 14 minutes late to one of my appointments but apparently every other patient has a 15 minute courtesy window aside from me. If it weren’t for the amazing doctors that work here I would not be returning here for the end of my pregnancy or recommending this office to anyone else."

"Dr. Goldstein is the best surgeon and doctor I’ve ever gone too. His associates are also amazing as I have seen Dr. Cornelius, and the nurse practitioner Erin as well. Not only do they listen to your concerns but they treat you like a human being. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found them when I moved to white lake. And I still continue to go to this office even though I’ve moved thirty minutes away, because the drive is worth it. The office staff is incredibly professional and helpful as well."
