"Dr Zhang is excellent. I couldn't be happier with his care. The building is freezing cold. No one should have to be this uncomfortable at a Dr's office. I was told that their landlord controls the temperature. I was also told the staff in the testing rooms get too warm. The answer is not to make your patients suffer in freezing cold rooms. Get your HVAC system fixed!"
"My 20-month-old has been a patient at Kellogg since he was seven months old. From routine check-ups to surgery, Dr. Liles and the staff here have been nothing but exceptional. The intake nurse/assistant always remembers my son and takes great care to make him comfortable. Dr. Liles is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. We are beyond grateful that we are able to receive care from Dr. Liles and Kellogg!"
"My wife has a piece of glass stuck in her upper eye lid. Our general doctor sent us to Kellog, we waited a month to get in and drove an hour and a half to get there. She got there and they told her they cannot help her and gave her a normal eye exam without her permission even though she kept reminding them why she was there. A few months go by and post seeing a UM surgeon, they told us we defiantly need to go to Kellog again. I called and they said yes that they can remove the glass, but we need to come SEE THE SAME EYE DOCTOR FOR A REFERRAL. I told her we already came and she said we would need to come a second time for an eye exam for a referral? Which now would he making my wife with glass in her eye waiting up to 6 months to remove it. Super disappointed."
"The Doctors and staff are always nice and welcoming and they do really well with young kids. The facility is clean and well maintained but it does feel outdated. The only thing keeping me from doing a 5 star is that the waiting room and also the room that you go in to wait for your eyes to dilate, are not really entertaining for a child. They have a very small TV that plays a movie and my 6 year old can hardly see the TV to concentrate on it. They should have some sensory toys or something, especially for kids on the spectrum."
"Dr. Kaur is phenomenal. Excellent. But their no drink policy - water only - is intrusive. I came in with a covered, secure coffee only to be asked to leave as it was not water. So now, I wait to finish it, while a family member gets care. They need to focus on eyes and keep their eyes off my cup, unless they're paying for it. Plymouth Road/Kellogg location next time, this is too extra. RIDICULOUS."
