"I saw Andrew for couples counseling. Three months into counseling I received numerous emails for past appointments. Most emails were for days wr never had appointments for and canceled appointments that showed a rescheduled appointment that we never had. We saw him the same day and time each week so these weren’t accurate. I called him and he said he was adding this to his calendar due to some error on their end. He also mentioned he didn’t realize I’d see these emails. I was concerned about copays if he was billing now for the past three months and wondering why there were days we never saw him being added to his calendar. He reassured me nothing was amiss and that I wouldn’t be billed for copays and if I were billed all at once he would put some payment plan in place. Well, the next day my card was billed for an abundance of days ( some I never saw him for I’d presume from his calendar situation). I stopped the fraud and I am now receiving bills from him. Additionally, he refused to see us once when we were on time and in his waiting room because he said we were ten minutes late because I went to the bathroom. We had been late legitimately previously and it was not an issue. He didn’t like what he overheard my husband say while in the waiting room and used this as an excuse to cancel our appointment. I was not at all satisfied with this counseling service and I would not recommend them to anyone."
