"I am becoming more and more upset with this office. Everytime my husband has a scheduled doctor appointment they call and change his appointment to a later date. This is unacceptable. When someone needs to be seen for medical care their appointment shouldn't just be changed from the set appointment. This office needs to get their act together. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. The front staff and nurses are great but Dr Katial shouldn’t have a license. She was BEYOND rude to someone dealing with a chronic illness, was condescending to me acting like I knew nothing about what I have had and been dealing with for 7-8 years. She had zero compassion and got mad at me when I told her I had already tried different medications and therapies in the past. She also got angry at me for coming to see her when I couldn’t get in with my normal pcp for over a month. She didn’t come to see me in my room until 5 when my appointment was at 430 and I had been sitting there since 415, and then got angry and left because she said I need to schedule enough time for stuff like this all because she wanted to go home. She doesn’t work with patients AT ALL and is by far the most inconsiderate, rude doctor and deserves to have no license. Even the nurses annd staff agree that she is terrible . When I asked for her name and told them she was terrible they nodded and agreed and said “oh trust me I know” Clearly there have been issues with her before. IHA really needs to reevaluate who they bring on as physicians."

"Dr Breakey is awesome. He provides excellent, compassionate care. He is not taking new patients but all his associates I've seen have been top notch. His staff are great too."

"In all the time I've come here, I've not been more disappointed than today. I received a positive covid test over the weekend. I simply called in and asked to speak with my doctor, to be prescribed something for relief, as this infection has raged all weekend. I was told over the phone that I would need to video conference, with some other doctor, and it couldn't happen until tomorrow. I need relief today. I hope it was worth your patient because I will never go to another IHA office. Way to drop the ball. Good day."

"I suggest to anyone going to this clinic to make sure that you watch and confirm that every nurse is doing every job that you ask them to. I brought paperwork and waited far longer than the maximum 10 day mark they told me which is a ridiculous amount of time to complete nine pages of simply inputting information. Nevertheless I waited patiently only to find that half of my paperwork was returned to me incompleted and multiple pages werr switched out for random letters written by staff which do not satisfy the requirement of the original paperwork. I dropped off everything with ample time to submit it by my deadline and now they’ve made me wait until the last possible day and then closed the clinic early. I called almost an hour before they were supposed to close and there was still no one that could simply email/fax me the paperwork that they said to have made copies of. I am now put in a very dis-advantageous position where I may have to suffer for their negligence and now I have to figure out how to not get kicked out of my program because I was unable to submit the paperwork required by the deadline.
