"The staff here is truly incredible. The ladies at the front desk always have a smile and warm welcome upon arrival. Marisa Dasilva, Kandice Schifko and Jennifer McDonald are beyond kind. They listen well and are easy to talk to! Marla Mikelait is also another favorite, she is very professional and acknowledges the realities of motherhood. Her typical PA who administers vaccines is the sweetest and she always remembers my family. I will say we’ve only had an issue with one of the pediatricians here and have not cared for a couple of the assistants. But the exceptional care from the rest of the staff more than make up for it. Never have scheduling issues and have options on Saturday."

"My son has been a patient at this facility for over six years. We have enjoyed the flexibility their office provided by having evening and weekend appointments for working parents. They are no longer offering evening or weekend appointments as that is reserved for sick patients and newborns. I’m not sure how I am supposed to schedule my son for his annual visit when he is in school all day during the week. Makes no sense that newborns can’t be seen during the weekday and they would rather have parents pull their children out of school to accommodate their new scheduling. We will be leaving the practice unfortunately due to their lack of flexibility and now reserve times for school aged children during the middle of a school day. As a pediatrician provider they need to revisit this new scheduling change as I will not recommend their practice due to their lack of flexibility for working parents with school aged children."
