"I accompanied my husband to his appointment. His appointment was for his shoulder but he inquired about who to make an appointment with for his ankle pains. He told the doctor that the Ortho Now Flint office had done an X-Ray of his left ankle in 2020 and seen he’d broken it at some point earlier in the year without him realizing it and it had healed pretty nicely. Not only did the doctor obviously not believe him but then said he’d tried to pull the films and he couldn’t find them. My husband called Ortho Now in Flint on the way home and they pulled them up right away. It’s awful when you drive over 30 minutes to an appointment after filling out the book of paperwork and then leave feeling like the doctor didn’t listen, didn’t believe you, and possibly lied about even attempting to look up films."
