"Been going to FMC since I was a kid. Doctors are great and get 5 stars but the office staff seriously needs to communicate better. Had some balance issues in the past that I paid for but still wouldn’t grant me an appointment because the billings dep. hadn’t informed or been informed that I paid through there 3rd party source. I battled this for months with no answers so I requested a patient transfer. Then a few months later they called me out of the blue at work to bump my scheduled physical up a few days early but I was unfortunately stuck at work so I said to keep the original date. I was confused since I requested transfer but decided to go anyway. Took the last half of that day off work to go to this appointment. I get there and they said they couldn’t find me on the schedule AGAIN. They cancelled my appointment without notifying me. So they took me to the back check out window and finally got with the billing dep. because my balance was still showing which is why they originally said they canceled. The billing lady then realized I had already paid the balance so she didn’t understand why it was showing unpaid on my file and there was no reason to cancel. Then out of the corner of the office some snarky lady said we canceled because you transferred out. And I was like then why did I get a call to come in for my physical today? She started arguing with me after I had all the facts and evidence laid out in front of her and she still decided to argue. Safe to say I got nowhere again other than clearing my balance that was already paid for and finalizing my transfer. So now I’m here on my day off work with nothing better to do then write my first online review ever."

"I used to really have strong feelings about this place, and not in a positive light. I have had many bad experiences in this building over the past 40 years to the point where I had given up completely on them. That all changed when, after a decade, I decided to give them one last chance and I scheduled an appointment with Ryan Strom. He is EXACTLY what this practice needed. Down to Earth, not preachy at all, and he really wants to make sure you understand exactly what is going on and why. I have been steadily seeing Ryan for over three years now, and I have ZERO complaints about his service at all. I cannot commend him enough for the guidance he has given me throughout all my diagnoses. He really opened my eyes as to what a medical visit SHOULD be. Also, his MA, Amber, has been just amazing every time I am blessed enough to have an appointment on the days she is there! I give Ryan and Amber a solid five stars, and would give more if I were able. Thank you for the amazing service!"

"There is a reason I do not trust doctors, and Dr Dani does not help with that trust. I have been spoken to like I was a child or an idiot, and I have left her office in tears. The staff is pretty incompetent as well. I will be looking for a new doctor. One that actually cares about their patients."

"Terrible, Terrible Terrible communication & expect to wait at least an hour (everytime) after your appt time before someone sees you. I called 3 times over the course of 5 days to have a question about my prescription answered. Everytime I called the Ladies at the front desk told me to be patient and wait 48 hours for the message to be returned. I waited 5 days and was told "sorry, I know how frustrating it is". Never got my question answered or any corrective action on the non returned messages. This is not the first time this has happened. I am now 80 minutes past my appoinment time for a "tele visit" and no one has come to the appointment yet. I called and was told Dr. should be in the call in another 5-10 minutes. This will be my last dealing with this place as a Patient. Do not ever go to this place."

"If I could give -5 stars, I would we have five new patients that needed appointments… they were so rude to us on the phone, continuously speaking on top of us and not listening to anyone! They couldn’t get my mom’s prescription correct. Sent her the wrong prescription and she’s a cancer patient! Then they couldn’t get me or my husbands name correct! Had us in there with the wrong dates and times… both of which they set themselves?! Whole staff literally had no clue what was going on. Worst doctors office I’ve ever spoke to. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Go literally anywhere else."
