"They never ever submit insurance claims correctly, so I get charged hundreds of dollars if I need an immunization. Some of the staff are nice and some make you feel like you're wasting their time."
"Their website said for imaging just call ahead to check availability. I did just that and the person i show with was pretty rude and condescending. I was told that I can't just get imaging done that one of their doctors had to see me, even though I've already been seen by a doctor and have a recommendation for imaging. So the website and the person on the phone gave me conflicting information. The staff at any iha always seems like their being bothered by helping people."
