Reviews
"I was seen yesterday by Ramandeep S. Banga, MD of Renal Associates of West Michigan at the 330 Beltline office. I was impressed with everyone at the facility. Dr. Banga spent all the time I needed with my wife and I, face to face and genuinely interested in everything we had to say. Not once was he fixated on a computer screen. I'm a retired medical doctor and I was very impressed with his demeanor, his knowledge, and his communication skills. Were I still in practice he would be my first choice as a nephrology consultant."
"Dr Meyer is a fantastic physician. He’s thorough, kind and still efficient. He takes interest in your overall health not just your kidneys ."
"Great process with kind, helpful, attentive staff. Very prompt with little wait time from check in to check out. I'm very pleased with my first visit experience."
"I was ok using this office up until I lost my insurance. I no called no showed once due to getting my days mixed up, so that was on me. The second appointment I found out I lost my insurance and immediately called and canceled it and explained why I could not come in. They still decided to not cancel it. I just checked my VM and instead of calling to check and see what's going on I'm told I'll be discharged if I miss again. Well lucky me I now have better insurance that's not Medicaid and I can find a better office by getting help from my primary care doctor. Sometimes it's ok to not be so rude, and understand if I could afford a $1000 appointment out of pocket I would. But if I don't have insurance why would I not cancel an appointment. Immediately when I found out my insurance ended I called you! But once the rude voicemail was left on my phone, that was it for me. Atleast now I can get a second opinion because this lisinopril makes me feel horrible and I barely can function day to day."
"Sooooo nice! Everyone is very through! I feel very confident using them to protect my health and my kidneys."
