"I had to track down the referral because they never called me to set an appointment (months later). The doctor sent me for testing and at my follow up appointment couldn't find the results of one of my tests. She told me she thinks she saw the results earlier and that it was normal, she will call me to verify. Surprise, surprise...a week later, no phone call. This practice doesn't care at all about the patient."

"Dr Luo is so wonderful, caring, and understanding. She tries to help you understand everything that is going on. There are a few things that I felt that could have been more helpful for me and that was to take more time, be more positive to the patient on what they have tried to help themselves, and put a patient back on a medication that they had been on but had been off for I think 2 months and order blood work and say it is the medication that is working especially when the patient had been working with a dietion at least 4 months prior. Don't get me wrong I really do like Dr Luo she just needs to slow down during the visit."
