"If I could give them six stars I would!!! Look no further for a friendly and fun doctor's office! The staff are always kind and professional, no matter who I speak to in person or on the phone. Dr. Covington is not only a kind and caring doctor, but she is one of the few doctors I have ever met who really listens to her patient and works to find solutions and plans that she and the patient are happy with. I moved to Westland but will continue to drive here for my primary care because of the wonderful experience I always have here!"

"I have searched for a long time for a doctor like Dr. Scharer. He truly listens to me, takes his time addressing my concerns, is very attentive, thorough, and kind. "I absolutely love South Lyon Family Docs. They've been my teenage daughters' doctor(s) since we moved here almost 6 years ago. Dr. Eberhardt is their primary, but no matter who we see (other doctor, Dr. Scharer, or Morgan, the PA), we absolutely love all of them. Nicky, the nurse/medical assistant is also beyond friendly and personable too. She connects to my daughters in a special "perfect" way but also to me as a mom, too. The entire office is friendly and they go above and beyond for patient care. As a mom, I personally like that Dr. Eberhardt takes a firm, yet friendly approach when she talks with the girls. She just knows what needs to be said during their challenging teenage years. No matter how busy they are, all of the staff treats us with kindness, professionalism, and sometimes humor, if it fits! I highly recommend them and I'm so grateful we had another amazing visit with them today to help my daughter with an allergic reaction."

"I gave more than one star because my family and I have been going there a while and have had some good experiences. With that said, we've also had some unreasonably bad experiences as well. If you go there I highly reccomend the female doctor over the male, just my advice. However the main reason why we left is that when I was there with my daughter I asked the female doctor if she would ever recommend that a child transition to other genders than what they were born as. The question didn't pertain to my family but I wanted to understand where she stood as a philosophy. Her answer made it clear that while she does not reccomend kids transition physically, mentally she does recommend it at times. While she may not be the worst out there, she is not qualified to be our doctor anymore. I told her that if I wasn't confident that she knew the difference between male and female, I was also not confident in the rest of her medical advice. It's sad but this is where we're at these days."
